Landon Michaels
Landon was born and raised in Virginia before moving to Portland. He has a passion for music, primarily listening to indie folk and is in the process of learning to play the banjo. He loves Hot Vinyasa Yoga, hiking, and skiing. He is also a fan of Washington D.C.’s football team. Landon completed his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL. He has experience providing individual and group therapy in the outpatient as well as the inpatient setting. His areas of interests include mood disorders, personality disorders, and serious and persistent mental illness. He has specialized training in treating survivors of childhood abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder and dissociative disorders. At Portland DBTI, Landon is a manager of the DBT-S team.
