A Whole-Person Holistic Approach to Health
Not everything that causes us suffering can be changed. When it can, we apply the most robust cognitive-behavioral principles and methods to help our clients make important changes they seek to improve the quality of their life. When the drivers of suffering really cannot be changed, we help our clients radically accept what is.
We strive to see each of our clients holistically – in wholeness. This means that problems are understood in the broader context of a person’s life, not isolated to only that which is “inside the skin.”
